This work helps them better streamline and secure their mobile-to-server archiving processes when intaking media from the field.

We collaborate with archivists, community archives, and memory workers to implement mobile media preservation workflows that safeguard smartphone-captured narratives and support secure, decentralized archiving. Our services include workshops, needs assessments, workflow development, and integrating Save to streamline media intake and enhance archival collections.
Newsroom Partnerships
We offer tools and resources that enable people to send verified, hyperlocal media to public archives and newsrooms. We support news organizations by helping them collaborate directly with their communities to create public collections of trustworthy, eyewitness media for use in edited stories and broadcasts. By engaging audiences in the creation and preservation of local news, we help media organizations strengthen their connection to the communities they serve.
